The children and I were trapped inside the house and there was no way out. You had the generosity to come to my house at 9:00pm on a Sunday night without even knowing what the problem was! You had the patience to search for all possible causes of the problem. When you found that the issue was the power supply you did not stop until the power was restored. The quality of the service offered by Gates Automation is to an incredibly high standard. The new automation system that has been installed is of high quality, opens and closes every time without issue. It has a number locked keypad and the entrance is used by multiple houses. It is much better than anything we have had installed before.
Les installed the gates with a few days notice and he is highly recommended - a fantastic service at a great price. I’ve purchases sliding motorised gate from Gates and more few months ago. I’ve found their services absolutely amazing, professional and affordable. Les (company director) is very knowledgable, proud and courteous individual and he will always go the extra mile to help his customers. Had to call them twice to do some repairs on the gate (both faults caused by us), Les did respond both times and fixed the fault within 24 hours.

Amazing Gates and great value for money
I used Gates and more to install a sliding gate made from wood on my property. Les turned up when he said he would and fabricated and fitted my electronic gates perfectly. I could not fault them even if i wanted to. He truly did a fantastic job and would recommend him 10 out of 10 times.

Les was recommended to me after I had some mishaps with other repairers and then a very high quote by the original installer as they said that the door sensors which stop it closing if something is in the way were irreparable and they could no longer get the parts - therefore they would have to replace the motor and bottom bar. I tried to get a second quote & the second company recommended Les to fit the parts. Les came the following day when I could get to London to have a look. He arrived on time & immediately altered the up/down settings so the door closed properly, then thought that perhaps the sensors were not dead as they were clicking. He opened the control box & found a button incorrectly set & fixed it for me! (the last people in the box were the manufacturer/suppliers on the visit when they told me the sensors were broken & irreparable!!) His price was exceptionally reasonable & he saved me a great deal of money.
I highly recommend Les.

My Came electronic gates would open but not close. Called Les - no minimum call out rate, none of this rip off of £50 call out plus parts plus whatever else people think up . Les knows these installations well and diagnosed the problem within 20 minutes and fixed it within another 20 minutes. Most people will keep swapping parts until it works and then charge 100's of pounds. His fee was very reasonable and I highly recommend Les to you to fix and install electric gates
