I am writing to tell you how grateful am I for your help with the electric gates tonight. I did not know what to do when I found that the electric gates were not working. The children and I were trapped inside the house and there was no way out. You had the generosity to come to my house at 9:00pm on a Sunday night without even knowing what the problem was! You had the patience to search for all possible causes of the problem. When you found that the issue was the power supply you did not stop until the power was restored.
